Students have the opportunity to learn the basics of woodworking in the first Woodworking class.  In this class students build models, airplanes, and rectangular and square boxes.  As the expertise of the student grows, they have the opportunity to take Woodworking II where they may be called on to make anything from picnic tables, school benches, doll houses, and end tables.  These students have mastered the skill set required to add fine detail to their pieces and serve as mentors to the students in Woodworking I.
